It's not the first time that we call the store and instead of being interested in helping us with our questions they make you understand that they can't do anything for you. And they don't help you with giving you another number or anything and just hang up like if they were talking to someone who is bothering them. It's not the first time that happen and I really don't feel served as a appreciated customer of theirs.
