In the past, I've had trouble with items not being adequately stocked and have had to go elsewhere even for basic items such as mechanical pencil lead. Today, the item I wanted, a package of letter-size manilla folders, was in stock--yay! Unfortunately, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to make my purchase because there was only one cashier working the front registers. Honestly, the only reason I shop here is the geographic convenience of the La Crescenta store.
